As with other Sicilian Ancestry assignments, the scope, cost and deliverables are agreed before research begins. Fees and payment terms for genetic research are determined for each individual project.

In your first message, indicate which testing platform you used, which family relationship you would like to clarify and what information you already have. Mention whether you have a family tree and whether you know of any Sicilian ancestors, surnames or places connected to your family.
You do not need to send passwords or genetic data files with your initial inquiry. Start by describing the case; arrangements for reviewing the results will be agreed according to the assignment and the permissions available.
